Born from the hearts of Arizona foster youth, both our Farm & Agriculture, and our Animal Welfare programs have been core pillars of selfless service for 14+ years. Thanks to the dedication and vision of Farmer Billy Anthony, The Farm at Scott Foundation fulfills the passion our collective kids have in creating a well-balanced ecosystem while treating the environment and the animals with respect. Located in Troon North Scottsdale, our one acre bio-intensive farm grows fruits, vegetables and flowers using organic practices and raises cage-free poultry for eggs year round.
Farmer Billy Anthony
Formally the Farm Manager at The Farm at South Mountain for 11 years, Billy was responsible for 10 acres and 3 restaurants. Today, he serves 1,100 kids in Farm & Agriculture, Animal Welfare and Construction Trade Programs and in his spare time he Manages The Farm at Scott Foundation, handles all of Logistics while planning and planting for our future of 240 acres.
